BPC Cars (formerly backpackerscars.com) was formed in 1998 by Andrew Lepper and former partner Edward Christian.
Andrew now owns the business on his own and continues to provide an economical motoring alternative without compromising quality and mechanical standards.
Andrew has spent his entire working life involved with cars and has the experience and knowledge to help you to make an informed choice. Buying a car is an important purchase but should also be an enjoyable experience.
The vehicles are sourced from Christchurch's major franchises (not NZ auctions) and directly from Japan.
Japanese Imports are purchased personally in Japan with long days finding the very best cars available on that day. Andrew's friend and agent of 18 years Masahiro Kai facilitates the import procedure and ensures all speedos are certified prior to leaving Japan.
BPC Cars are proud to be an MTA Assured Dealer, AA Accredited Warranty Dealers and welcome any inspection. They also work with Motor Trade Finance but are also happy to work with your current finance company.
